patterns, compare records, and document research. Important findings should
still be checked against the underlying authoritative sources and current
local information.

Current conditions and historical statistics are different

A national indicator may describe a survey, estimate, model, or reporting
period and should not automatically be interpreted as a description of
current operational conditions.

Satellite observations are not complete ground truth

Imagery and derived observations can be affected by capture time, sensor,
resolution, cloud cover, processing method, and conditions that cannot be
observed remotely.

Comparison requires compatible evidence

Similar-looking values may use different definitions, reporting periods,
geographic boundaries, methodologies, or missing-data rules.

Sources may disagree

Conflicting estimates or reports are not automatically errors. Differences
between publishers can reveal important uncertainty, methodological
distinctions, or rapidly changing conditions.

Integrity is not factual certification

Technical verification can show whether a defined record changed. It does
not establish that every claim within the record is accurate or complete.

Safety-critical decisions require authoritative information

Site Intelligence does not replace emergency alerts, field investigation,
engineering inspection, medical guidance, legal advice, regulatory review,
or other qualified professional judgment.
