Purpose
This end-to-end workflow demonstrates every documented Global Impact Catalyst capability through one fictional resilient-community-retrofit case. The objective is not to prove a real-world conclusion; it is to verify the complete product workflow with controlled data.

Sample data
This article uses a fictional Resilient Community Retrofit Program. The files contain one demonstration row for every documented feature, so each capability can be tested without private or production data.

A community center is assessing energy, comfort, financing, implementation, evidence, and monitoring needs. Use only the supplied fictional records.
- 1. Impact Workspace: create GIC-RETROFIT-001. Confirm a governed program-impact workspace.
- 2. Problem and Context: describe energy burden, comfort inequity, affected groups, causes, and constraints. Confirm a contextual problem statement.
- 3. Stakeholder Participation: record staff and community participation in framing and review. Confirm participation and consent records.
- 4. Theory of Change: connect inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and assumptions. Confirm a reviewable causal pathway.
- 5. Activities and Outputs: record control installation, envelope work, and staff training. Confirm activity and output records.
- 6. Outcomes: define short-, medium-, and long-term energy and comfort changes. Confirm outcome definitions.

Save and review
- Save the final workspace under the sample workspace ID.
- Close and reopen it in a clean session.

- Export one complete artifact bundle.
- Send one supported handoff to an integration and verify its receipt.

- The JSON workspace ID and product version are preserved.

Responsible use
