Sustainable Catalyst Product Feedback
Feature Suggestions
Suggest improvements, identify product gaps, support public ideas,
and help shape the Sustainable Catalyst roadmap.
Feature Suggestions is the public participation and roadmap-intelligence
layer of the Product Support and Feedback Platform. It connects structured
submissions, public ideas, voting, surveys, product taxonomies,
release intelligence, opportunity analysis, and human review.
Feature Suggestions v4.0.1 — Embedded Support Center Interface Reliability.
Automated summaries, classifications, scores, and recommendations are advisory.
Publication, prioritization, roadmap state, official responses, and release
decisions require authorized human review.
Platform overview
A governed public improvement loop
Sustainable Catalyst is developed in public. This page provides a structured
route for suggesting new capabilities, identifying missing tools or sources,
improving documentation and accessibility, reporting product gaps,
and supporting ideas already under public review.
Feature Suggestions is not the primary support interface.
Problems with an existing product, version, known issue, or documented workflow
should begin in the Product Support Center, where guided resolution,
documentation, release information, and private support handoffs are available.
Describe
Start with the problem
Explain what is missing, confusing, unreliable, inaccessible, or unnecessarily difficult before describing a proposed feature.
Connect
Identify the affected product
Include the product, version, component, page, workflow, source, repository, or research context involved.
Define
Describe a successful outcome
State who would benefit, what would improve, and how the result could be evaluated.
Review
Keep roadmap authority human
Public support and automated analysis inform review, but do not automatically approve, schedule, or release work.
Suggestion categories
What to suggest
Strong submissions identify a concrete problem, explain who is affected,
identify the relevant product or workflow, and describe what a successful
improvement would change.
Knowledge and research
Library or Research Librarian improvement
Missing documents, weak retrieval, incomplete citations, poor routing, absent relationships, unclear pathways, or gaps in research coverage.

Product experience
Accessibility, mobile, documentation, or reliability
Keyboard navigation, contrast, responsive layout, broken links, plugin output, unclear instructions, errors, performance, or installation problems.
Participation
Forms, surveys, and public feedback
New question types, branching, analysis, response export, accessibility, consent, voting, moderation, or participatory-research features.
Infrastructure
Repository, API, schema, or integration
Tests, release tooling, installation guidance, typed handoffs, shared taxonomies, API contracts, source controls, or reproducibility documentation.
Submit
Submit a feature suggestion
Explain the problem, affected product or audience, proposed improvement,
priority, relevant page or repository, success criteria,
and any non-confidential implementation context.
exclude credentials, API keys, private URLs, client records,
proprietary material, sensitive personal information,
regulated data, or security details that should not be public.

Participatory roadmap
Public ideas and roadmap signals
Approved ideas may be published for public review.
Visitors can support an idea and follow its official response,
roadmap state, related documentation, known issue, or release.
Support counts are advisory and do not determine implementation.
Participatory roadmap
Public Ideas and Roadmap Signals
Review approved ideas, support priorities, and follow official roadmap decisions. Support counts inform review but do not determine implementation.
No public ideas are available yet.
Product Support and Feedback Platform
More than a suggestion box
Feature Suggestions now operates inside a unified product-support
and participation system while remaining responsible for public ideas,
feedback intelligence, voting, surveys, and roadmap signals.
Guided support
Documentation and resolution
Product-aware search, support articles, error-fragment matching, known issues, releases, and consent-gated private support handoffs.
Structured feedback
Feature intake and classification
Capture problem, product, version, component, affected users, success criteria, context, priority, and advisory analysis.
Participation
Public ideas, voting, and surveys
Publish reviewed ideas, merge duplicates, collect support, deploy structured instruments, and analyze participation responsibly.
Product intelligence
Demand and opportunity analysis
Combine support demand, failed searches, feedback, public-interest value, evidence, alignment, readiness, and effort into advisory product signals.
Roadmap governance
Human-controlled review and release links
Authorized reviewers document rationale, assign states, connect ideas to GitHub and releases, and preserve audit history.
Embedded reliability
Site-aware support presentation
Version 4.0.1 adds embedded display modes, site-theme support, duplicate-introduction suppression, responsive navigation, and reliable Support-page integration.
Governed feedback loop
From visitor signal to released improvement
The platform converts feedback into structured, reviewable evidence
without allowing AI, votes, or scores to make product decisions automatically.
- 01Submit
Capture the problem, product context, proposal, and success criteria.
- 02Protect
Apply consent, rate limits, duplicate controls, and sensitive-data warnings.
- 03Classify
Create advisory analysis while preserving the original submission separately.
- 04Connect
Associate products, versions, components, issues, sources, documentation, and related ideas.

Platform connections
Connect feedback to products, evidence, and implementation
Feature Suggestions remains independently understandable while exchanging
privacy-minimized context, product taxonomies, typed handoffs,
and reviewed opportunity records with the wider platform.
Research and knowledge
Knowledge Library and Research Librarian
Capture missing sources, weak retrieval, documentation gaps, absent pathways, topic coverage, and route-quality feedback.
Public intelligence
Site Intelligence
Connect requests for countries, indicators, maps, events, connectors, observatories, comparisons, sources, and briefing tools.
Analysis and science
Workbench and Research Lab
Route requests for calculators, graphs, code, experiments, instruments, domain studios, validation, and technical reports.
Decision governance

Private escalation
Contact and Engagement Platform
Move consented support or engagement context into a controlled private workflow without publishing correspondence or sensitive records.
Governance and boundaries
Participation without automated authority
Feature Suggestions supports public participation and evidence-informed planning.
It is not a confidential intake channel, binding vote, procurement system,
professional engagement, or automatic roadmap authority.
Public submission
No confidential or restricted information
Do not submit credentials, private URLs, proprietary records, personal data, client material, or regulated information.
Automation
AI analysis remains advisory
Summaries, classifications, duplicate signals, safety flags, scores, confidence, and suggested actions do not change status automatically.
Public support
Votes are not binding
Support is one demand signal and does not outweigh evidence, feasibility, accessibility, privacy, risk, or strategic alignment.
Implementation
No guaranteed response or release
Submission does not create a commitment to build, prioritize, attribute, compensate, publish, or respond.
Ownership
No employment or partnership relationship
Submitting an idea does not create employment, Advisory, licensing, partnership, compensation, or ownership obligations.
Professional limits
No professional advice or certification
Do not use the public form for legal, financial, medical, engineering, compliance, assurance, or safety-critical conclusions.
Next step
Resolve an issue, support an idea, or propose an improvement
Begin with Product Support when an existing feature is not working.
Use the Research Librarian when the right route is unclear.
Submit a structured suggestion when a genuine product gap remains.
