visualizations, or draft materials.

arising from or related to the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability arising
from or relating to free public services will not exceed one hundred
United States dollars (US $100). Liability relating to a paid service
is governed by the applicable written agreement, or, if that agreement
does not specify a limit, will not exceed the amount paid for that service
during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nonpayment under a paid agreement, operational risk, or harm to the platform,
its users, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri,
United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles,

in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Missouri, unless
applicable law requires a different forum or the parties agree otherwise
