Purpose

This end-to-end workflow demonstrates every documented Catalyst Narrative Risk capability through one fictional resilient-community-retrofit case. The objective is not to prove a real-world conclusion; it is to verify the complete product workflow with controlled data.

Sample data

Procedure

Scenario

A community center is assessing energy, comfort, financing, implementation, evidence, and monitoring needs. Use only the supplied fictional records.

1. Case Workspace: create NR-RETROFIT-001. Confirm a persistent narrative-risk case.
2. Artifact Intake: register a public retrofit announcement with URL, date, version, and custody. Confirm a source-preserved communication artifact.
3. Claim Decomposition: separate cost, emissions, comfort, and timeline claims. Confirm atomic claim records.
4. Narrative Mapping: map frames, causal stories, heroes, harms, omissions, and implied action. Confirm a structured narrative map.
5. Actor and Audience Context: record speaker, institution, intended audience, affected groups, and power context. Confirm actor and audience records.
6. Source Ledger: preserve origin, retrieval, version, and custody. Confirm a source ledger.

Save and review
